Contract Changes: None at this time. The next contract changes do not occur until March, 2026. If you have any questions about the agreements or labor law issues in general, CELSA is your resource availabile as part of your membership. We now have a new surveyor agent, Alberto Felix. Some of you may have already met Alberto as he makes his rounds visiting firms. He is currently working on a project we are supporting in which OE3is getting data together for a submission to the DIR to support petitions to vary the prevailing rate in Mendocino, Lake Glenn, and Tehama Counties. We strongly support OE3's efforts to have our rates make the prevailing rates in these counties.
