Contract Changes

No changes at this time. The next package increase is set for March 1, 2026. We will not learn of the allocations until some point in January. Another good reason to attend the annual meeting and get the most up to date information!

CELSA firms are reminded that, even if you do not perform any field hours for the month, it is critical that you still report “no hours” on your trust fund report forms and submit these forms to the Trust Funds, CELSA and the NCSJAC. This is for your firm’s protection. A number of firms have been allowed by staff at Local 3 and the Trust Funds to deactivate their accounts when their field crews have been nonexistent, and many times required reporting forms will not be sent to employers who rarely report under those rates to save on paperwork or who knows what reasons. This does not excuse your firm from your obligation to report hours – or the lack of hours – to the Trust Funds, CELSA and the NCSJAC.
