Contract Changes

The new March contract rates and increases freshly allocated under this contract cycle go into effect on March 1, 2026 as the first package increase of our three year deal with Local 3. The wage and fringe benefit schedules for increases as previously announced for A and B rates, as well as night shift rates, are enclosed. Nevada allocations have been made but we have still not received the wage and fringe benefit schedules as of date of publication. Local 3 has indicated that they may need to shift more money on apprentice wages only to better recruit potential surveyors into the Nevada apprentice program currently run through the NCSJAC and will need to bargain with CELSA.
