Contract Changes

None at this time. The next package increase under the current collective bargaining agreement will occur on March 1, 2026. In California, under the A and B rates on March 1, 2026 there will be a $4.00 per hour package increase for Party Chiefs and $3.00 package increase for Chainman. In March 2027, Party Chiefs will see a $5.00 package increase while Chainman will have a $3.00 per hour package increase. For the Nevada BN rate in 2026, the package increases are $4.25 per hour for Party Chief and $2.25 per hour for Chainman. On March 1, 2027 the package increases for Party Chiefs are $4.00 and $2.00 for Chainman. For the Nevada “GO” or “AN” rate, there is a one-time-total rate increase to match the Northern Nevada (Washoe County) prevailing rate. Further increases to the O/AN rate will be worked outthrough labor management committee.
