Contract Changes: None at this time. Negotiated wage and fringe benefit increases in effect since March 1 remain in effect until next March. If you have any question or uncertainty about what those wage and fringe benefit rates are, please contact the CELSA offices. Please remember that July 4th is a recognized holiday so any field survey work that was performed on July 4th is paid at double time. MA Sections 04.10.00, 04.06.00.
