Contract Changes

New wage and fringe benefit contribution rates are now in effect!

The California A and B rates, effective March 1, 2026 are as follows: $4 per hour package increase for Party Chiefs, $2.70 to wages, $.75 to Pension, $.50 to Health and Welfare and $.05 to Vacation, Holiday & Sick, all of which to cover the supplemental dues increase); $3 per hour package for Chainmen, $1.70 to wages, $.75 to Pension, $.50 to Health and Welfare and $.05 to Vacation, Holiday & Sick for supplemental dues increase.

Similar allocated increases apply to the B rates.

For Nevada, the BN rate for Chief of Party and Licensed Land Surveyor had a $4.25 package increase allocated as follows: $2.20 to wages, $1.94 to Health & Welfare, $.05 per hour to Pensioned Health and Welfare, $.06 increase to Vacation Pay for supplemental dues, and a $1.00 reallocation from Vacation Pay to Pension separately negotiated with Local 3 as per a Letter of Understanding reached as of March 1, which is enclosed with this edition.

The BN rate for Chainman/Rodman there is a $2.25 package increase allocated as follows: $.20 to wages, $1.94 to Health and Welfare, $.05 to Pensioned Health and Welfare, $.06 to Vacation as supplemental dues and $1.00 reallocated from Vacation Pay to Pension, as per the enclosed Letter of Understanding.

The GO (AN) rate was increased only as to certain benefit contributions as set forth in the enclosed schedule.
