Contract Changes

None at this time and no further changes until the next package increase under the current collective bargaining agreement occurs next March 1, 2026 with a $4.00 package increase for Party Chiefs and a $3.00 package increase for Chainman. Any questions regarding terms of the agreement should be addressed to the CELSA office for answers.

Also, CELSA employers are reminded that, under the Retiree Work Addendum, any retirees that you have working in the field can only do so through the end of this month. Retirees can then be used again in the field starting in April of next year. However, if your retiree is over the age of 65, special rules will allow such retirees to work year round so long as they do not work more than 39.9 hours in a month.
