CONTRACT CHANGES

As you are all aware by now, we have a new 3 year and 9 month agreement with four package increases that began on October 1, 2025, which allocation was adjusted effective January 1, 2026 to transfer $1 per hour from the Vacation/Holiday fund amounts allocated in October to the financially struggling Health & Welfare Fund. The next increase is set for July 1, 2026 and all subsequent package increases will thereafter occur on July 1 of each successive year. The agreement expires on June 30, 2029.

The letter from Local 12 outlining wage and fringes increases previously sent to the membership is enclosed again in this Teleskope for your convenience.
