CONTRACT CHANGES

A new collective bargaining agreement with Local 12 extending from October 1, 2025 until July 1, 2029 has been reached and ratified by the field surveyor members and the CELSA Board. A general outline of the changes in the new agreement are enclosed with this edition. The following outlines the main economic terms:

Wage Rates - Journeymen As of 10/1/25

LS Party Chief – $73.66

LSIT Party Chief – $70.96

Cert. Party Chief – $69.96

Party Chief – $67.91

LSIT Chairman – $62.26

Instrumentman – $60.26

Chairman – $59.68

Fringe Benefits - Journeymen

For 10/1/25, a total of $2.10 of the package increase was allocated to fringe benefits as follows: $1.00 to Health & Welfare, $.10 to Apprentice Training Fund, $.50 to the Vacation/Holiday Fund and $.50 to the Annuity.
